Our Vision
We started with sand volleyball because it's accessible, culturally resonant, and has a clear competitive pathway. But our vision has always been bigger: a multi-sport, multi-program foundation that gives every West Hawaiʻi youth a place to belong and grow.
We grow deliberately. We add programs only when we can deliver them with the quality and consistency our keiki deserve. The roadmap below reflects where we're headed — and your support is what makes it possible.
Program Roadmap
Our foundation program — free, year-round sand volleyball training and wellness support for West Hawaiʻi youth. This is where every keiki starts.
A structured program that takes our most engaged athletes and gives them the tools to become coaches, mentors, and community leaders. Sport as a pipeline to civic engagement.
Year-round camps, clinics, and community events that bring West Hawaiʻi families together around sport and wellness. Open to all ages — not just our regular program participants.
Expanding beyond sand volleyball to support additional sports with natural pathways to high school and collegiate competition in Hawaiʻi — giving every keiki a sport to call their own.
Every program on this roadmap depends on community support. When you donate to Keiki First, you're not just funding today's volleyball clinics — you're building the infrastructure for everything that follows.
